Rather than purchasing generic bulk lots from wholesale terminals, we work directly with experienced orchard growers across Shopian, Pulwama, Kupwara, and the saffron terraces of Pampore. Each crop is harvested at peak maturity, dried slowly in clean mountain air, and sorted by hand to eliminate broken shells or substandard kernels.
